What do you do?

I design, build & install automation, AI tools & systems for owner-led service businesses, so less of the work runs through the owner. I work through Be Known, LLC, which I founded in 2018. I've had businesses since 2009.

Who do you work with?

Established professional service businesses with existing demand: consultants, coaches, agencies, advisors, and expert-led firms. It's not limited to coaches.

What does it cost?

Projects start at $1,500. Larger builds are scoped after a call, and you get upfront pricing before any work begins.

How does it start?

With a call. We find the workflow that leaks the most, & you see what to install first.

Can my team run it without you?

Yes. Training & documentation are part of every build, so your team can run the systems on their own.

Where are you based?

Knoxville, Tennessee. I work with businesses across the US, with a soft spot for East Tennessee.

What if I'm still figuring out my offer?

Then it's probably too early. These systems work best when a business already has demand & the manual work is the bottleneck.
