How I work

I help owner-led service businesses get the work out of their head & off their phone. I've had businesses since 2009 & founded Be Known, LLC in 2018 to build these systems for others.

Three steps

1. Find the leaks. We look at where time & money slip away: slow follow-up, leads that go cold, manual hand-offs, work only you know how to do. Then we map what to fix first.
2. Install the systems. I build the automation & tools around how your business already runs, not a template that makes you change how you work.
3. Train & support. Your team learns to run it, with documentation, so it doesn't depend on me or on you.

What gets built

Systems tend to fall into three groups: winning clients (lead capture, follow-up, webinars & events, proposals & payments), serving clients (onboarding, delivery, reviews & referrals), and running the business (CRM & reporting, team workflows, custom AI tools).

What it costs

Projects start at $1,500. Anything larger is scoped after a conversation, so you see a clear price before we start.
